Shipping & Delivery
Buyers will be notified along with shipping confirmation email which will include the tracking details and courier details along with the link of their shipment. Buyers can track their orders by just clicking on the link or with the tracking id.
- As we deal with third party shipping partners the delivery time according to the locations may vary.
- Delayed delivery due to any natural calamities or any such circumstances which are not controlled by us may not be considered for a refund or return. Orders will be rescheduled on other dates in such cases.
- For delivery purpose, contact details of buyer will be provided to the concerned shipping partners. 3 delivery attempts will be made at the order address. After 3 failed attempts shipment will be automatically marked as return and no refund or replacement will be provided for the same.
- Order dispatches are not done on Sunday and on any public holiday. Orders of Saturday will be shipped on Monday and will be delivered accordingly.
- Products like Chocolates are packed with ice gel pads and packaging via express deliveries.
- Order within Rs. 750.00 will have shipping at checkout. Orders above Rs. 750.00 have free shipping.
- Customer delivery location should have any person known to buyer present for accepting delivery. As for prepaid orders delivery will be done on the address itself and to the person available at the address at the time of delivery.
- Products delivered to you will be of substantial shelf life. Only the products purchased on liquidation offer will have a minimum shelf life of one month.
Note that all replacement, return or refund will be initiated only after inspection and approval from our team.
Return & Replacement
As we are dealing in food and gourmet products, we do not accept returns. Replacement will be provided in the following scenarios:
- If Buyer receives different product from what they have ordered.
For Replacement buyer will be requested to provide photos of shipping label, Outer box, Product and Order Number on the mail id mentioned in our contact us page. Buyers are requested to provide required images and details on the same day of the delivery failing to which replacement or refund will not be applicable.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations are not allowed if an order is shipped from our end. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation on your registered email and the next day after you receive email, your order will be shipped. Cancellations are only allowed in the following scenarios:
- Buyer cancels the order before shipping confirmation email.
- Buyers are requested to contact us in any unexpected circumstances for order related concerns before cancelling orders.
Noble Foods reserves rights to cancel any order placed with an incomplete, inaccurate address. Buyers are requested to provide their contact numbers which will be used to communicate before any such cancellations.
Refunds are not allowed if any order is delivered. Refunds will be considered only in following scenarios:
- Buyer has Cancelled the order before shipping confirmation email.
- Order has not been shipped.
Note: Once we received Photos of shipping label, Outer box, product and order number, we will inspect the same. If your Refund or replacement is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be initiated to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For replacement our team will initiate a delivery to your previous order address. Same will be properly notified to you on your registered email id.
