Yes,We do PAN India delivery.

What is your return policy?

Since we sell food items, we don’t accept returns.

Can I checkout with shipping for multiple addresses?

Currently, our checkout only supports single addresses for shipping at checkout. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. We know this is a feature that many of our customers desire and We are working on a solution to be able to offer this feature while maintaining our checkout security for all of our customers.

How do I place an order?

Our collection can be browsed by product category & brand. Brands are Heidi, Happy Cow, Lakerol & The Jelly Bean Factory. Categories are Cheese, Chocolate, Jelly Beans, Pastilles etc.

Once you have made your selection and added everything to your basket, you can follow the next steps to confirm your order.

How Can I Track My Order?

To track your parcel, please go to the ‘My Account‘ section. Here you will find all the necessary information, including your parcel’s tracking number and the progress of your delivery.

Once I have placed the order, can I cancel it?
