Returns & Refund
Return & Replacement
As we are dealing in food and gourmet products, we do not accept returns. Replacement will be provided in the following scenarios:
- If Buyer receives different product from what they have ordered.
For Replacement buyer will be requested to provide photos of shipping label, Outer box, Product and Order Number on the mail id mentioned in our contact us page. Buyers are requested to provide required images and details on the same day of the delivery failing to which replacement or refund will not be applicable.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations are not allowed if an order is shipped from our end. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation on your registered email and the next day after you receive email, your order will be shipped. Cancellations are only allowed in the following scenarios:
- Buyer cancels the order before shipping confirmation email.
- Buyers are requested to contact us in any unexpected circumstances for order related concerns before cancelling orders.
Noble Foods reserves rights to cancel any order placed with an incomplete, inaccurate address. Buyers are requested to provide their contact numbers which will be used to communicate before any such cancellations.
Refunds are not allowed if any order is delivered. Refunds will be considered only in following scenarios:
- Buyer has Cancelled the order before shipping confirmation email.
- Order has not been shipped.
Note: Once we received Photos of shipping label, Outer box, product and order number, we will inspect the same. If your Refund or replacement is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be initiated to your original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days. For replacement our team will initiate a delivery to your previous order address. Same will be properly notified to you on your registered email id.
